Benjamin Blauensteiner is the CO-Founder and CEO of ACTA Aviation, leading the company with a strong foundation in aircraft maintenance, operational management, and aviation project oversight. A graduate of the Bundesfachschule für Flugtechnik in Langenlebarn, Benjamin began his aviation journey with hands-on experience during his apprenticeships at the Austrian Air Force—working on helicopters and fixed-wing aircraft—and at Jet Aviation, focusing on business jet maintenance.
He later joined Avcon Jet, one of the largest business jet operators in Europe and globally, where he was part of the technical management team. His responsibilities included maintenance planning, pre-purchase inspection (PPI) supervision, managing large base maintenance projects, conducting asset inspections for banks and shareholders, and coordinating full-scale refurbishments including interior and exterior work. He also supported new aircraft deliveries, ARC renewals, and government audits.
Following his time at Avcon Jet, Benjamin joined Primus Aero, where he worked closely with their partner company AAC, managing maintenance planning and CAMO activities. He progressed into the role of airworthiness manager and technical project lead, supporting both business jets and commercial airliners through registration processes, asset audits, aircraft transitions, and continued oversight of maintenance and PPI projects.
After gaining extensive experience across both operational and regulatory sides of aviation, Benjamin decided to pursue his own vision. In June 2024, he became self-employed and began developing what would become ACTA Aviation. After months of preparation, the company officially launched at the end of January 2025 and was formally inducted into business on the 22nd of February.
With a clear commitment to quality, transparency, and modern aviation standards, Benjamin now leads ACTA Aviation in delivering tailored aviation services built on hands-on expertise and client-focused solutions.
Andreas Fiedler is the co-founder and CEO of ACTA Aviation, bringing over a decade of experience in airworthiness engineering, maintenance program development, and technical project leadership. A graduate of HTBLA Eisenstadt in Aeronautical Engineering, Andreas began his aviation career with a technical apprenticeship at Air France Industries, gaining hands-on experience working on CF6, CFM56, and GE90 engines.
Throughout his career, Andreas has held key technical and leadership roles across both business and commercial aviation sectors. At companies such as Avcon Jet, AMES CAMO, and International Jet Management, he was responsible for CAMO oversight, maintenance scheduling, technical records, and AOG coordination. His expertise spans both Airbus and Boeing fleets, as well as a range of business jets and rotary-wing aircraft.
He later joined NIKI Luftfahrt and Laudamotion, where he played a pivotal role in developing and managing maintenance programs, reliability monitoring, lease transitions, and airworthiness certification processes.
From 2021 to 2024, Andreas worked at Primus Aero, first as an Airworthiness Engineer and then as Head of Airworthiness Engineering. There, he led a team of engineers responsible for AMP, MEL, and Reliability Program development for fixed- and rotary-wing aircraft. He also conducted asset and pre-purchase inspections, and provided engineering support across multiple aviation authorities and registry jurisdictions.
After his time at Primus Aero, Andreas focused on building ACTA Aviation alongside co-founder Benjamin Blauensteiner. Drawing on his extensive technical and regulatory experience, he played an instrumental role in shaping the company’s engineering and airworthiness strategy. ACTA Aviation officially launched in early 2025, built on a shared vision of quality, transparency, and long-term client partnership.
Today, Andreas leads ACTA Aviation with a focus on delivering compliant, efficient, and client-tailored aviation solutions backed by precision, hands-on expertise, and industry-leading standards.
